Are cold spark fountains safe for indoor venues?
Yes! Cold spark machines do not use pyrotechnics or gunpowder. The granules produce a cool-to-the-touch fountain spark display that generates low heat and minimal smoke and odor, making them 100% venue-friendly and safe indoors.
Will cold sparks trigger indoor smoke detectors or fire sprinklers?
No. Because cold sparks emit minimal smoke and operate at low temperatures, they won't trigger smoke alarms, fire suppression systems, or thermal sprinklers.
Does a technician stay on site to operate the machines?
Yes. Every cold spark package includes a trained technician who manages setup, safety checks, precise wireless activation during your key moments, and cleanup.
Do you provide service outside of Orlando?
Yes! Venues up to 30 miles from Orlando are covered in our base price. For venues beyond 30 miles from Orlando up to a maximum of 150 miles, a travel fee of $1.50/mile will automatically be applied. For example, St. Augustine is 104 miles from Orlando (as calculated by Google Maps for the shortest route) so the cost for us to travel there is $156.
Can I reserve my date with a deposit?
Yes. At checkout you can choose to reserve with a 25% deposit or pay in full. The deposit secures your date and equipment; the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event, and we'll email you a secure payment link beforehand. Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date must be paid in full at checkout.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. When you book, we reserve your equipment which impacts our equipment availability for other potential bookings on your date. Anything you pay above the deposit follows our standard refund schedule — full refund 14 or more days before your event, 50% until the 4th day before, no refund within 3 days of your event date.

Our service area* includes Orlando, Tampa-St. Pete, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Ocala, the Space Coast, and outlying areas.
* Travel fee of $1.50/mile applies to venues 30 - 150 miles from Orlando.
Events 30+ miles require $250 service minimum (before travel fee).
