We'll process the messages recorded to the phone and deliver them to you digitally via a download link within 3 days of your event. (24-hour expedited processing available.) The download link will remain active for 30 days. We'll also archive a backup copy for a minimum of 90 days.

Payment-in-full is required to reserve a phone for your event date. We'll offer you a full refund if your preferred phone is unavailable for your date. Otherwise, a full refund can be requested no questions asked at least 30 days prior to your event date. After that, we'll refund 50% if requested at least 14 days prior to your event or 25% if requested at least 3 days prior. No refunds will be offered for cancellations requested less than 3 days prior to your event date. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes! Delivery within 30 miles of Orlando (per Google Maps) is included at no extra charge for full-service rentals. Delivery up to a maximum of 150 miles from Orlando is available at a rate of $2/mile. For example, St. Augustine is 104 miles from Orlando, so the travel fee would be $208.

Yes! Show us proof that you're currently a first-responder, educator, student, or veteran, and we'll give you 15% off! Simply let us know during checkout. We'll also automatically apply a 15% discount for off-peak rentals, including any rentals for events in June, July, or August, as well as year-round for non-holiday events on Mondays - Wednesdays (excluding the winter holiday season).
