- 3+ days before event: Full Refund
- 1-2 days before event: 50% Refund
- Same day as event: No Refund

- 3+ days notification: Free
- 1-2 days notification: 50% surcharge
- Same-day notification: No rescheduling
Availability
If you're preferred phone is unavailable, or we cannot service your date for any other reason, we'll reach out as soon as possible to confirm a backup option, or if preferred, offer a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via Stripe or PayPal and may take up to 10 business days to clear to your original payment method.
